The scope will range from organizational and competency development across leadership, departments and functions to support the training and education needs of individuals.
AVID HR Consulting will measure and evaluate employee and department performance and gaps, analyze and research employees and assess different criteria to identify areas of improvement.
We will devise learning strategies and plans based on these research results to develop talent, train leadership and manage change.
Learning & development will also include the soft side of development, such as coaching and mentoring, as well as the technological side of training, such as the development and implementation of learning management systems.
